These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the co333 platform and all its services. When you register at co333 or use any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh.

Important: Only individuals aged 21 or above may create and use an account at co333. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

The meanings of some key terms used in these Terms are clarified below:

"Platform" means the co333 website, applications, and all associated digital services.
"User" or "You" means any member registered at co333.
"Account" means your personal profile and wallet on the platform.
"Bonus" means any promotional credit or reward granted by co333.
"Wagering" means the total amount of bets that must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
"Prohibited Activities" means any activity listed in Section 5 of these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account at co333. You may be required to submit relevant identification to verify your age at the time of application.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If it is found that a person is operating more than one account, all accounts will be closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account. You are required to notify co333 immediately if any of your information changes.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with third parties is prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at co333:

Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank)

Minimum deposit amount: A minimum of ৳300 must be deposited by any method.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit funds.

Minimum withdrawal amount: A minimum of ৳800 may be withdrawn by any method.

3.3 Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, co333 reserves the right to verify your identity and payment method. A national ID card or other relevant documents may be requested for verification.

3.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,500 — total balance ৳2,500.

Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in total bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
Bonuses are not transferable to third parties.
co333 reserves the right to modify the terms of any bonus or withdraw it at any time.
If bonus washing or any form of bonus manipulation is detected, the account may be cancelled.
Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

4.4 VIP Program

The co333 VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier by staying regularly active and engaging in gaming activity:

Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at co333. co333 reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit balances if these prohibitions are violated:

Operating an account on behalf of a minor or by a minor.
Creating and operating multiple accounts.
Using a false identity or forged documents.
Placing artificial bets with the intent to exploit the bonus system (bonus hunting).
Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
Using third-party software, bots, or automated methods.
Collusion or fraudulent coordination with other users.
Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
Impersonating a co333 employee, affiliate, or representative.

co333 reserves the right to report any suspected fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.

6 Gaming Policy & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All games at co333 use certified Random Number Generator technology, which ensures the impartiality of outcomes. Each game result is entirely independent and does not depend on previous results.

6.2 Game Providers

6.3 Technical Errors

9 Account Closure & Termination

9.1 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time. All applicable funds in the balance must be withdrawn before closure. Please contact the support team.

9.2 Closure by co333

co333 may close an account for the following reasons:

Violation of the Terms.
Evidence of fraudulent activity.
Providing false information.
Operating multiple accounts.
Where required to comply with legal obligations.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for an extended period, co333 may mark the account as inactive. A maintenance fee policy may apply to inactive accounts, details of which can be obtained from the support team.

10 Limitation of Liability

co333 bears no responsibility in the following cases:

Losses caused by third-party services or technical issues.
Problems with the user's own internet connection or device.
Losses resulting from the user's negligence or violation of the Terms.
Theft of account credentials where the user has not followed security precautions.
Service disruption due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.

co333's maximum liability shall never exceed the original amount you deposited in the relevant transaction.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between co333 and a user, a resolution will be attempted through the following process:

Step 1: Submit a complaint to the support team — via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected].
Step 2: Your complaint will be reviewed within a set timeframe and a written decision will be provided.
Step 3: If both parties are not satisfied, an attempt will be made to resolve the matter through mediation.

In the case of complaints regarding gaming results, game logs and server records will be considered as final evidence.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the co333 platform — designs, graphics, software, text, and other elements — is the intellectual property of co333 or licensed content. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content.

13 Changes to the Terms

co333 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree to the new Terms after being notified of changes, you will be given the option to close your account.

14 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. co333 is always committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, only that provision will be void and the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.
